The basics

← → Move. ↑ ↓ Aim vertically.

Z Jump. Release early for a shorter hop.

X Hold to fire. Mouse aims; click fires.

C Special move. V Throw a grenade.

B Hold your shield. Let it recharge between hits.

Q Cycle collected weapons.

A little unfair advantage

↓ + Z Slide under trouble.

↓ + hold X Charge the machine gun; release to fire.

↑ Hide behind cover. Shift Lock your aim.

Amber edge arrows warn of incoming fire.

Esc Pause. M Toggle sound.

Use Options to change difficulty, reduce motion, or remap your controls.

Controller or touchscreen?

Controller defaults: left stick moves, A jumps, X fires, B uses special, Y throws grenades, LB shields, RB locks aim. Right stick aims. Start pauses. Remap in Options → Controls.

Touch controls appear automatically. Hold Fire and use the arrows to aim. Turn your phone sideways to move the controls beside the action. In CO-OP: TAG, tap Tag to swap Clippy and Bonzi during platform stages. The timer shows when your partner is ready. Tap menu items directly.
